Reimagining education in South Florida

Every kid deserves the confidence to build their future.

Junior Achievement of South Florida turns classrooms into launchpads โ€” giving young people the financial know-how, work readiness, and entrepreneurial spark to climb the ladder of economic mobility, no matter where they start.

Our purpose

We're not handing kids a worksheet. We're handing them a future.

Nearly 1 in 3 students won't graduate on time, and most leave school without ever learning how money, careers, or businesses actually work. JA closes that gap with hands-on, real-world learning that makes young people confident, capable, and connected โ€” and turns potential into economic mobility for an entire generation of South Floridians.

Why it matters

"

Before JA, I thought a credit score was something only adults needed to worry about. Now I'm 17, I've built a business plan, and I just opened my first savings account. JA showed me my future was actually mine to design.
